Crafted from 80% Viognier, 15% Petit Manseng, and 5% Chardonnay, this blend leans into ripe stone fruit and soft floral character, supported by a gentle weight from being aged on lees for 10 months. Fermented entirely in stainless steel, it maintains a clean, crisp finish that makes it easy to enjoy on its own or paired with lighter fare.
