2021 Viognier
Our 2021 Viognier is another classic example of a Keswick Valley Viognier. The varietal correctness shines through with the legendary aroma of grilled peaches, with a hint of honeysuckle. On the palate, apricot and white blossoms wrap around the wonderful structure and fresh finish. Fermented in 25% Acacia barrels this medium bodied, yet lively wine finishes relatively soft on the palate. As the wine ages it will lose acidity slightly and begin to show more richness and depth in mouth feel. Peak for this wine is within 3-7 years from vintage. |
