The 2021 Red Blend was put together with an eye to making a soft, drink-now blend of Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Merlot.  All of the best parts of each variety blended together to show off a soft bouquet of dried cherries, and tobacco leaf that encompass a core of dark blackberry, and plum that finishes with a sweet mocha finish. The wine is perfectly balanced with soft and fresh red fruit flavors. It was aged for 9 months in Neutral Oak barrels.  This wine was put together in order to marry the edginess of Cabernet Franc, the beautiful fruit structure of Merlot, and the lushness of Petit Verdot.
